At SoarTech, we combine the power of a cutting-edge, challenging career with a town that is ideal for raising a family, entertainment, and year-round vitality. We are looking for individuals to help define the future, and become a part of a growing, vibrant, exceptional company.

Part of what makes the company such a great place to work is our culture. As well as being full of intelligent, successful, and driven individuals, SoarTech provides employees the opportunity to work on interesting and challenging projects. The variety of projects across multiple business areas allows for employees to take ownership of software components and design, and find creative solutions to problems.

SoarTech provides a flexible work schedule, as well as the ability to work from home when necessary. As a small business, lines of communication are kept open, and management works to ensure all employees are kept up to date and have the chance to contribute to company strategy and goals.

Additionally, since SoarTech is a small company, employees get the chance to know everyone. Co-workers frequently get together to play games, such as at one of the foosball tables located in the office, and there are annual company outings for employees and their families. Weekly lunches bring employees together to discuss projects, keep up on new technology, and share company news, and snacks and beverages are available for free throughout the day.

SoarTech employees are also actively involved in the community through participation and sponsorship of a number of local events. SoarTech has worked with the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum as a sponsor and exhibitor at the annual TechTwilight event.
