Meet Our Interns: Toledo’s Tanner Hilsabeck
University of Toledo master’s student, Tanner Hilsabeck, is a software engineering intern for the summer in SoarTech’s Ann Arbor office.
In his master’s program, he has enjoyed learning about machine learning, artificial intelligence, and computer vision.
While working at SoarTech, Tanner is looking forward to seeing how the concepts he’s learned in the classroom translate to applications in the real world. “I believe human-centered AI combines the strengths of humans and computers to accomplish tasks neither are able to do alone.”
When Tanner is not working with his new SoarTech team or studying, he enjoys cars and video games. We’re excited to have Tanner on the team and look forward to a great summer with him!
